Service Policy

To ensure prompt service, appointments are always desirable but walk-ins are gladly accepted. If you need to cancel an appointment we appreciate at least 24 hours notice. There are no refunds for Salon services. We guarantee our hair services for 7 days after the services have ben performed. During this time we will correct any challenges that you may have with your style or color.
